Happy Valentine's Day! :D
As well as doing something nice for and with your sweetie, do something great for your heart!
I did my Firm DVD this morning and I feel good! I'm going to walk for 1/2 hour when I get home this evening.

Happy Valentine's Day. :D
I'm stuck with spinning and aerobics until my sprained wrist and wrenched neck heals. I did five days last week and hope to do at least that many this week. I can't wait to get back to the weights though.
Swimming is something I'm going to give a try until my arm gets strong again because you do get resistance without the risk of reinjury.
