Today, I did the leg and lower back workout in the weight room, and then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical.
How did you do?

Did leg exercises on machines with lower weights and more sets. Bicycle later today if it doesn't rain.

Started off deadlifts without so much as a toe touch stretch and felt a twinge in my back. Started working my way up but put the bar down after 2 reps @255. Just didn't feel right and was afraid I was going to do something bad.
Hopefully I'll hit the gym to climb tonight.
