Daily Exercise Thread - 2/15/05 |

Wow! I did a lot today. Sorry, I wasn't able to post this morning. It's been raining incessantly here, and my connection went out.
I did 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill when I woke up.
I walked for a little less than 25 minutes this afternoon.
I walked for another 30 minutes when I got home.
I'm thinking I came pretty close to 5 miles of walking today! Go me! :bounce: :bounce:

Let's see... Two handed rope pull dn, 3x15, machine maxed out Low pulley curls (1 handed), 6x12 Two handed rope OH press/pullover, 3x12, machine maxed out Rev. grip tri pulldown, 3x12 Fwd grip tri pressdown, 3x12 EZ Bar Curl, 60-40-20/20-40-60 pyramid, 3 sets, 10 reps at each weight Dumbell curls, superslow negatives, 3x10
No cardio, as I was breathing hard through the whole workout and thought 20 mins (even moderately) would just kill me.
