Friday, 5/12: I worked out today--did you?
Hi folks! :hi:


Today, I did a leg and lower back workout in the strength equipment room, and then I did 15 minutes on the rowing machine and 25 minutes on the elliptical (hill climb program)


How did you folks make out?

seated calf raise
standing calf raise
hyperextension

Great workout
