1. I rode my bike again with much better results!
First, it was only 83 degrees, instead of 97. Second, Mr. Longhorn got around to installing my special computer that keeps track of volts and amps, as well as speed, mileage, and time. I discovered that I have a problem with my throttle, not my battery or motor. I pedaled for 68 minutes and rode about 14 miles. It felt so much better than Friday, when I bordered on heat exhaustion. And I'm still on that high you get after great exercise! :)

2. You have to be careful in the heat, especially when
it starts getting hot and aren't used to it yet. We're getting into the 90's here in Memphis finally this year and it can sneak up on you and hurt you.

7. Yes, I did.
Gym not crowded today, did a total of 94 sets of leg and back exercises (combined with what I did out in the back yard when we got home from the gym.) Today was a very good day. I must be doing ok in the gym - a young man asked me to spot him on his bench press work. I took it as a compliment, trusting a geezer to keep the barbell off his neck.

After the supplemental work on the wgts in the yard, I went for a motorcycle yard. Got home and there was a car I'd never seen before with a lady unloading a cooler. Four kids in the pool. The lady said my grandson invited them over - grandson was one of the four. Sometimes I think I live in a very strange area.

9. Yes, I did
I jogged a little more than 2 miles and I did ab work.

I'm at my sister's this week, taking care of her as she recovers from an accident that cause serious damage to her ankle and nasty damage to her leg. If you all don't hear from me, it's not necessarily because I haven't worked out, but I just don't have the computer access that I have when I'm at work or home.
