Tuesday, 5/23: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang!

I did 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes stationary bike, and then some upper body work w/ weights.

1. Yes, I did.
Early morning 10 1/2 mile bicycle ride, then later to the gym for work with legs and back. Still sore from yesterday's excesses, so the first few sets were drudgery.
