First time in too long. Once the in-laws arrived, I couldn't be held responsible. I swam a mile with a very cranky shoulder (the loser in a bike vs. bus incident long ago).

We're leaving tomorrow for an overdue vacation. I'll try to get some jogging in so I don't have to start from square one on Tuesday.
