for this week (Sun thru Sat), and I have 310 sets total (w/ 10 reps per set) of various exercises using free wgts and gym machines. Today will be a rest day. Or a motorcycle ride day.

I'll workout tomorrow on legs and shoulders. Monday will be my free day, since the gym will be closed. :-)
