Wednesday, May 31st: I worked out today. Did you?
I swam this morning. Only half my normal distance as I'm trying to nurse a bum shoulder back to full mobility.

4. 50 mins on upper body today.
I managed to whack my boney hip with a free weight. Leave it to me to find the one place on my body that doesn't have padding! :(

8. Hello!
Somone gave me a star so I guess that lets me post on the DU groups. I'm pretty into excersize and fitness, I lost about 100lbs about 2 years ago and gained about 20lbs of muscle. I'm kind of in a slump right now for the past few days, haven't done anything to physically demanding. I ran half a marathon cross country for fun about five days ago but haven't done anything since so maybe I'll be able to find some motivation here to help me out.

Glad to have you! Some days this is the extra little push it takes to get me out of bed and into the pool. I think any amount of additional motivation is a big help.
