Squats: added 10 lbs. to last week's high 45x10x1 (warm-up) 55x8x1 65x6x1 75x5x1 45x6x1
Good mornings: 45x8x1 50x6x1 55x4x1 60x2x1
DLs: 65x8x1 65x4x1 65x1x1 These did not go well this time--definitely need to work on this.
Standing calf-raise: 90x10x1 100x8x1 110x6x1 115x6x1
Bench crunches: 12x1 10x4
Reverse crunches: ouch! 10x1 6x1 4x1
Dumbbell side-bends: 25x10x1 30x8x1 35x6x1 40x4x1
No cardio :).
