Hi gang :hi:
Today, I did a leg and lower back workout and then did 15 minutes on the rowing machine and 15 minutes on the elliptical machine (x-country program).
How did you folks do?

Thought about giving myself an off day, but went to the gym this morning anyway and did a nice legs and back routine on the machines. This afternoon I did a nice 7 mile bicycle ride. Another good day.

I've been avoiding this and the weight loss board (guilt) lately, but this morning I walked a mile with Leslie Sansone and did a little bit of belly dancing with Neena and Veena. Gotta love those DVDs.
It's good to be back. :hi:
I started back with LA Weight Loss on June 1.
