Friday, 6/9: I worked today, but not a real workout, how 'bout you? |

I did a short 6 mile bike ride, 10 sets of bench press, and 4 hours of raking and piling pine needles. Only a small portion of my front yard is fenced, so for a treat for my 3 small dogs, I let them stay with me in the main yard. They seemed to enjoy it, and it was a good day for all four of us.

Much of it was restorative, as I'm working sooo much right now and also dealing with shin splints, but at least I did hit the gym for some yoga. :)

Had to come into work early so no early morning exercise. Went on a short walk at lunch instead, if that counts! :-)

Bench crunches: 10x5 Reverse crunches on bench: 10x3
DB sidebends: 40x10x2 60x10x2
Ab crunch machine: 40x10x2 60x6x2
Barbell bench press, flat: 45x10x2 65x5x1 65x6x1
Tricep pushdowns, neutral grip: 20x10x2 30x6x2
Cardio: 15 mins, ss, elliptical
My main focus on Fridays is abs, but I threw in come chest and tris bc I was already fully recovered from Tuesday.
