Thursday, June 15 - no one worked out yesterday? Today I did!
I did something yesterday, but can't remember. Today I did my usual Thursday workout, Muscle Endurance. :-)

2. Both days for me ------
Yesterday, light legs, abs and cardio.

Today, back, biceps, shoulders, and cardio.

Started an EC stack today as well--I was on fire in the gym--felt good.

5. I've started walking after work with co-workers.
We don't get off until 8 p.m. I noticed one guy was walking around the parking lot, something he started after having a bypass operation in January. I asked him if I could join him. Then another co-worker joined us a couple of nights. Last night, my husband came to pick me up to go to dinner and we weren't finished so he walked with us the last round.

Each circuit is half a mile and we are only going about two and a third circuits (I'm letting the original walker set the pace -- can't let him do too much too soon.)

It's amazing how good it feels and the best part is that it is fun, painless, and barely impacts my daily schedule at all. So I get home about 25 minutes later, no big deal! It's also a pleasant 85 to 90 degrees, so much better than near 100 earlier in the day. And our campus is on top of a big hill so it's always a little breezy. I may have finally found the solution to my exercise woes! :)

6. I worked out Wednesday. Didn't yesterday.
I did chest, tris, legs and abs Wednesday. I'm into my 12 week physical transformation program my gym is offering to its members. I've also hired a personal trainer for 6 sessions. I'm very pumped about it! :-)
