Wednesday, 6/21: Planning an afternoon workout--how about you? |

I slept in this morning, but I've got a bag packed for the gym for this afternoon.
It will be either an upper-body or a leg day in the weight room. If it's not too hot, I'll jog. Otherwise I'll do either the StairMaster or the indoor rowing machine AND the elliptical.
What's up for you folks today?
