Aerobics dance DVD, lower body weights, pilates & yoga. Two and half hours & I feel great.

3. Went to the back yard for free weights today, first time since |

June 11 (I've been to the gym twice and used the machines) Discovered to my dismay I need to reduce the weight I was formerly using in order to get the same number of sets. With lower weight, more sets and very short rest periods, I can keep my heart rate over 120 for 1/2 hour or more. Now, the drudgery of getting back to where I was.
