this morning I did track work: 4.8 miles. (4.5 running)

30 min. on the stairmaster, program 9, level 8.

15 min. of ab work, which equals 700 abs.

30 min. of upper body weight training.

I'm in training for a metric century (about 62mi) bike ride in early Oct.

6. Yes. Bicycle ride this afternoon. Discovered to my surprise
that in the time since I last rode the county resurfaced about 5 miles of one of my favorite routes. Today's ride was just under 14 miles in 65 minutes. I was satisfied with the new road and the time - a very pleasant ride.

Went to the gym this evening so Ms usnret88 could work on her legs on the machines. She even got on the treadmill at a slow pace. My daughter (who usually goes with us to assist) and I are so proud of her progress.
