In the gym on machines: leg extensions leg curl calf raise leg press seated row abdominal lower back and with free weights - ez curl and skull crusher
Later, an 18 mile bicycle ride - a good day.

Had the day off from work, and since my gym is at my job and it's too hot to do anything out of air conditioning, I took the day off.
