Tuesday, 8/08/06 Did you workout today?
I did my 15 minute Yoga routine this AM and will hit the climbing gym for a couple hours tonight.

flat db press 4 sets
pec dec flyes 3 sets
cable crossovers 3 sets

cable pushdowns 3 sets
skullcrushers 4 sets
overhead cable extensions 3 sets

leg lifts 2 sets
