I swam at a good pace, for me. My heart rate is not getting up as high as it used to. I may need to increase something :shrug: to get up to the best training rate. I'm real pleased with my resting heart rate.

I just got back from a 53 mile bike ride! :woohoo: 4.5 hrs of cycling.
I'm training for a century that's in 38 days. 100 miles in one day. :thumbsup:

I'm totally proud of myself.
I'm not much of a swimmer, but I must say, I do LOVE hottubs! Ours has been coming in extra handy these days...:D
