I'm new to this group (but not new to DU) and I'm looking forward to participating.
Some background...I'm a 50 year-old, grandmother who wants to lose 60 lbs. I've started back at the gym doing cardio (almost daily) and weight training 3 - 4 X/week). Hoping its going to work! I have one of those bodies that determinedly hangs onto every calorie!
