:hi: good morning gang!
I jogged 3.8 miles this morning. Then did about 20 minutes of some good stretching.
How did you folks make out today?

I measured my self this weekend & even though I have not lost the weight I had hoped for, I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my hips & 1 inch off each thigh since 8-1-06. Kick boxing kicks butt for me.
