Too many visitors and just too much going on. But I will get on the elliptical for 45 minutes after work (I swear!)

6. Went running last night

trying to get back into it since the weather is so nice here.

Ran for about 30 minutes at a decent jog for the last 20 minutes. I'm trying to build up a little stamina to start running 5k's. Slowly but surely I'll get there.

It's much different than the treadmill I would do maybe once every two weeks in the summer.
