Monday, 10/9: I worked out today--did you?
Did some one legged squats this AM and will do go to PT tonight.

I put my gym membership on hold for a month since the PT asked that I not climb for a while. No deadlifts either so I need a new routine.

1. Yes, I ran the Tufts 10K for Women today
I have to confess, I had to walk a mile. I'm just not used to running in such warm weather.

My official time was a little over 1 1/2 hours.

6. not my first race, just my first 10K
I've done a few 5Ks before, but nothing on this magnitude. More than 7000 women ran in this race.

4. Chest and bis
Flat Bench press 2 warmup sets 5 sets of 5,5,5,8,10
Incline DB press 3x8
Pullovers DB 3x12
(I've stopped doing db flyes becasue of shoulder pain)

EZ Curl bar curls 3x10
One arm DB preacher curls 3x8
BB Drags 2x8

Short workout but an intese one.
