Since exercising, I've noticed I've been eating, drinking, and whizzin' more. |
|
And it's not diabetes. I've kept a close eye on sugar levels...
I've observed gains in upper body (arm) strength.
But I'm eating more, drinking more, and needing to pee more.
Is that normal?

you're burning more calories so you need more calories to burn, and you're probably drinking more water so you'll whiz more. Completely normal.

6. I've abstained from eating candy and such... |
|
Just eating more. I seem to be doing ~2400 calories per day now and I still feel hungry.
(I basically make pizzas with 700 cal crust, 2 cups cheese, 3 cups broccoli, 1 cup chopped green pepper, 1 onion, bits of chicken... and I do drink a low-sugar protein shake compound mixed with skim milk.)
With luck I won't balloon, which would be bad as my legs and knees already are having troubles with my existing weight. (I can't think of any other reasons and I've had numerous tests done; from MRIs to blood tests...)

5. I wish my body would turn some of that blubber into energy. |
|
But I will definitely keep drinking more water. :)

A pity the body won't burn the blubber, but that's okay.
I've noticed an increase in strength too. I've been taking fortified whey protein supplements... love them amino acids! :9
