Finally got up off my hind end yesterday and walked!!! |
|
To make matters interesting, it was up and down hills in the snow. I want to start using my weights again too. I don't know why I end up slacking off, since I feel better the more I exercise.

1. Isn't it amazing how great you feel afterwards? |
|
What I don't understand is why I can't seem to remember that great feeling beforehand so that I can inspire myself to get started. Actually, once I'm on a roll and exercising regularly, I do remember.
Congratulations on taking the first step -- I mean, steps! :) Walking in my neighborhood is also a workout, without the snow, though. ;)

2. I wonder the same thing myself! |
|
I mean, I'm sitting here in my room in the basement, my nautilus machine and the treadmill 10 feet away from me, and yet I have a difficult time getting inspired. :eyes:
I did go out walking again today, so that's good!
