Deadlifts to 225. Had to skip the bike last night since I gave blood, I'll try to make up for it tonight.

Incline BB bench press 4 x 12,10,8,6 Flat BB bench press 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6 DB Pullovers 3 x 8
Deadlifts 135 x 12 157 x 10 179 x 8 201 x 6
Just starting back at dead lifts and they felt great no belt or straps
I'll try to ease into these before I start going heavy. My back is feeling it today.

treadmill for 30 minutes, walking and running. Then worked biceps and back with dumbells.
