Core work Kettlebell swings, Janda Situps and side bends. Doing them last week left me sore for 2 days. Hopefully it would be so bad this week.
Going to the climbing gym tonight for the first time in 3 1/2 months.

Seated calf raises 3 x 12 Leg Press calf raises3 x 12
Leg extensions 3 x x12 Leg curls 3 x 10
Recumbent bike for 10 minutes
5 minutes of stretching
