Deadlifts up to 245.
Probably hit the bike again tonight.

Shoulders and 30 mins on the elliptical stepper.

You certainly like your deadlifts.

2. They're an all body workout I can do in a short time frame.
I only have about 20 minutes in the mornings

I work out in the evenings too. climbing or biking.

5. Legs today I think I tweeked my lower back a little
I loaded up and stepped back with the loaded bar on my back 275lbs at the time and caught the bar on one of the hooks and had to catch my self to not drop it. When I did I twisted funny. I've been taking it easy and popping Ibuprofin, I'll be okay in a few days, it's just uncomfortable and annoying. I did finish my workout.

Squats 7x12,10,8,8,6,4,12 (first two are warmups sets)
Hack Squats 3 x 10
Leg press calf raises 4 x 12
Seated calf raises 4 x 10
Leg extension 3 x 12

Leg lifts s/s decline crunches
Ab crunch machine

10 minutes recumbent bike.

6. 6 mile day
in just under 45 minutes. then Friday off and 11 on Saturday.
