The coldest morning we've had in years. But up and out we went. I swam a mile and it went well despite having missed a swim last week and having a party weekend.

I did arms today
Barbell curls 5 x 12, 10, 8,8,8
Alternate db curls 3 x 8 supersetted with forearm curls 3 x 8
overhand BB curls 3 x 12
Tri cable pushdowns 5 x 12, 10, 8, 8,8 Overhead rope cable tri pushes 3 x 8
Cardio recumbent bike for 20 minutes
Great pump and workout with not too much pain in my lower back I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to find out if it's just pulled or something more serious.
