I haven't been to the gym in a while. |

I've had lower back problems for many, many years. A while back (ok, 3 months, I'm sorry to say) I didn't go to the gym because of said back problems. And...guess what? I haven't been back since. :-(
I guess I need to go back to square one at this point. Any ideas for a workout where one hasn't been in the gym in a while?
Much thanks if anyone has advice.

Many will give you a free session, writing up a program for you.

is it an annoyance or is it an injury? Either way the best route is to talk to a doctor to determine what kind of program is best for you, hopefully a sports medicine doctor specialist.
