Chest
I changed my method of lifting to concentrate on time under tension, so lower weight and slow reps. I had been going for faster move on the way up then slowish on the way down, now it's slow in both directions. Thus, more time under the weight.
Flat Bench press:
4 x 8
Decline Bench press:
3 x 10
These were brutal, but I'm still trying to determine my weight to use till failure.
