Hi gang :hi:
today I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and a light upper-body workout (lower weights less reps)
It's been a while since I've been to the gym and I didn't want to hurt myself right out of the gate.
Now that I'm living alone and don't have teenagers to keep me up all night, I'm hoping to get back to my regular routine of 5 days a week.
How did you all do today?

I completed a 15-minute upper body cardio sculpting routine, then I ran for 45 minutes.

Yep! I swam 1.5 miles this morning. I'm trying to do this greater distance regularly now. I could tell it was time. It takes a little longer of course, but so far, I'm still back to my car before it gets towed!
