Can anybody recommend some good workout videos?
I can't stand going to the gym so I'd rather find something I can do at home. Any good suggestions?

1. It depends
on what your goals are. I have a exercise tape library at my house! I should be a size 2! But, I'm not. The thing is, you actually have to do them! Owning isn't enough.

I have:

-the Firm series for cardio and weight lifting (this is a real ass kicker).
-Lotte Berke for firming.
-Core Secrets-it's a balance ball workout.
-T-Tapp-it's a little hard to explain, but it is a series of movements to create strength and balance.
-A couple of the "steel" workouts, like abs of steel and buns of steel.
-The Ultimate New York Body Plan workout DVD, which I am doing right now.
-Odds and ends, Super Stomachs, Reebok Step workout (which I used to love to do), and several Pilates and Yoga videos.

I get bored easily and am always looking for something new to do, tape-wise. On one of the low carb boards I frequent, the posters are crazy about Callenetics, which is supposed to firm you up fast. The before and after pictures of these people are amazing! So, I requested it from the library to check it out.

Collagevideo.com is a company that specializes in workout videos and in their print catalog, they have customer reviews. They probably have reviews on the website.

2. I have to add
I also have Mari Windsor's Pilates series, which I enjoyed. I just started doing Lotte Berk today. I have a feeling that my stomach and legs are going to be sore tomorrow.

5. I have the Winsor Pilates series
I like it. It's easy to follow and I'm usually sore the next day.

3. I second The Firm series
I have a couple of those and boy, when I do them, I do FEEL them the next day! x(

I also have a couple of Dance Party vids which are just fun. You go through dance steps, rather than just traditional aerobics.

4. I'd have an ass the size of New Hampshire if it weren't for exercise videos!
Like Ellie posted, Collage has a great selection of exercise videos. They give a nice breakdown of how many minutes of the workout are warm up, cool down, & what type of workout it is.

Also check out this site: http://www.videofitness.com/ & click on Video Reviews on the left. This is the most comprehensive collection of reviews by people who use exercise videos that I've ever seen. Very nice! I don't buy a video without checking the reviews on this site first.

6. Awesome
Thanks! I'd like a variety since I get bored really easily.
