Wednesday, 2/28: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi gang! :hi:
This morning I upped my cardio to 45 minutes and then went into the weight room and worked on my legs (a toned-down workout from what I'm used to, but again, I'm coming back after a hiatus).
(I am so glad I didn't try to jog right out of the gate. My left knew put up a bit of a protest. Not really painful, but it felt pretty weak. I'll have to work on that.)
So, how did you all make out today?

I completed a 45-minute cardio sculpting workout, 25 minutes on the stairmaster, and 20 minutes running.
Good job everyone on keeping motivated!
