I hit legs and tris today most everything was 3 sets of 8 reps today
Leg Presses Hack Squat machine seated calf raises standing calf raises lying leg curls leg extensions
Dips cable pushdowns
I was wiped out after this workout.

Did the same today only I added 2 more pounds to my weight belt. Zang! Also did shoulders, bis & tris.
