:hi: good morning!
I tried a good old-fashioned jog today (that was how I got into this exercise kick, but it's been a while since I actually got up to the track).
Anyway, I jogged 2 miles.
Tomorrow I'll do some other form of cardio AND some weights.
how did you folks do?

I swam this morning. I had to wait 20-some minutes for a lane. Where did all those first-timers come from this morning?

I did the Lotte Berk Basic Essentials tape and got on the elliptical trainer for 45 minutes.
