Tuesday, 3/13: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi:
By the time I noticed the typo in my subject line yesterday, it was too late to edit it.
Anyway, today I warmed up with a brisk walk a couple of laps around the track, then I did an arm, chest, upper back workout in the weight room, and then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical (interval program)
felt pretty good.
How did you folks make out?

I ran for 50 minutes, it was 70 degrees here in NW Ohio today, and then I did the Winsor Pilates ball workout.
