Thursday, 3/15: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi:
today, I did a leg workout in the weight room, and then I did 15 minutes on the StairMaster (FatBurner Plus program) and 10 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.
I think maybe I shouldn't do rower and StairMaster on the same day. Those are monster machines.
Anyway... how did you all make out?
