This morning I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then I went into the weight room to work my legs and lower back.

I walked on Mon & Tues & this morning I did a full body strength routine. I'm starting to see some definition in my inner thighs, which have always been flabby, even when I was a skinny young woman. It is so gratifying to see results!!! Zang!
