I have a rule that I can never visit my friend Linda on a 'school' night. We always end up drinking too much & I am tired & feel like crap the next day, but at least I didn't let it stop me from getting out & exercising. Granted it was not a primo session, but it was better than nothing.

Ahhh, some good sleep tonight & a full body strength routine tomorrow.

2. You're bound to burn more calories and build more muscle
when you exercise at a time when you LEAST want to do it, right? It's only fair! :yourock:
