Started getting used to my new routine
Squat 5x5 Bench Press 5x5 BB Rows 5x5
BB curls 2 x 8 Dips 2 x 8
Machine Shrugs 2 x 8
Good workout. Didn't go too heavy on squats but it felt great.

My cybex is going well, usually on Tu and Th. I've been adjusting the weights up and now I think they are where they ought to be.
Heavy yard work at my parents' on Saturday used some muscles I haven't been working!
