My knee is pain-free today and I'm hoping it will last, though I discuss the results of the MRI I had on Monday with the doctor tomorrow. But I bought one of those big exercise balls and a mat and plan to start doing some new exercises to liven things up and strengthen my quads.
Congrats on keeping up the good work!
