Monday, 4/23: I worked out today--did you? |

I went for a 2 mile jog (I had to walk some of it) and then did an upper-body workout in the weight room.
Still waiting to hear fromthe doc about my foot.
How'd you all do?

around the formal gardens near my home. They have a terraced garden w/ 3 sets of steps. I did 2 circuits of steps in that mile. By the end of next week, I should be doing 2 miles. I really enjoy walking there. It's beautiful with plants and visitors from all over the world.
