Monday, 4/23: I worked out today--did you?
I went for a 2 mile jog (I had to walk some of it) and then did an upper-body workout in the weight room.

Still waiting to hear fromthe doc about my foot.

How'd you all do?

2. Walked one mile
around the formal gardens near my home. They have a terraced garden w/ 3 sets of steps. I did 2 circuits of steps in that mile. By the end of next week, I should be doing 2 miles. I really enjoy walking there. It's beautiful with plants and visitors from all over the world.

Flat db presses 4 x 10, 8, 6, 6
Flat db flyes 3 x 12. 10. 8

Standing one leg db calf raises 4 x 20

Crunches 4 x 20
Lying leg lifts 4 x 20
DB side crunches 3 x 15
