I walked 2 miles today!!! |

I was so full of energy today I decided to exercise this morning instead in the afternoon. I mean, I couldn't stay in my seat. Unusual for me in the morning. ;-)
I walked two miles around the garden that I go to and did two sets of "Rocky" steps. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: I feel grrrrrreeeeaaaaatt!

I hope I can keep this feeling up too. :D I have so much to do around my house that I need the extra energy.
The other thing I did was put together a special cardio playlist on my iPod. Today was the first chance I'd had to use it. Worked fabulously! :thumbsup: If there's some special music you enjoy listening to, I highly recommend it.

Though I more on the 80s punk end of things. I do find this is the perfect use of thouse dance house party mix files that are 15 -20 minutes long. :crazy:
I've got another "chill" list that I'm working on to relax/meditate to.
