I didn't walk today. I was tired. But I did do 10 minutes of upper body and arm work with 3 lb. weights this evening while watching TV.
Classic bicep curls - 12 reps Bent lifts - 12 reps Overhead curls - 12 reps (failure) Deadlift straight arm downward hold- 12 reps (failure) Side to side straight arm 11 reps (failure)
That's 2x this week. I will move on to 5 lb weights next week.
Tomorrow I probably won't walk in the garden but will walk at the mall. I need gift for my niece's birthday party tomorrow evening. ;-)
