Mr. Longhorn and I have been walking the dogs at 6:30 a.m. every morning this week -- all five of them! We live in a hilly neighborhood so it's a pretty decent workout, even though it's only 30 minutes. Then I've been doing 60 minutes on my new Schwinn recumbent exercise bike -- I put it in the living room where a La-Z-Boy used to be. :) And finally, I've walked an additional 30 minutes twice this week with a colleague who had bypass surgery last year.
I am NOT a morning person but it's just the old "overcoming inertia" problem. And I've noticed that I have had more energy this week than ever! :)
