Good morning gang! :hi:
today I did 3 miles on the track (jogged 2.1 of that) and then I went into the weight room to work out my arms, chest and abs.
How was your workout today?

I'll have to take my pedometer the next time and see how far it is. It's pretty hilly so it's a good workout! :hi:

I got off track for the last two weeks. Grrr!!! I had finally lost 10 pounds, then slacked off & have gained 4 back. But I guess 10 forward & 4 back is still progress. :eyes: I really have trouble with consistency. Always have. It's getting better though. :)
Today, I walked 3 miles. Tonight will be some type of weights, probably legs.
