Thursday, June 28: I worked out today--did you?
I walked three miles & did back & chest.

After two wonderfully cool, overcast days, we're heading into a hot spell. I'll be setting the alarm for an hour earlier.

3. Longhorn, did you ever check out that weighted belt?
I love mine! I wear it on almost all of my walks. It does tend to make me look wide through the middle, though. :o

I see Amazon has a couple of new ones available for less than what I spent, although I am very happy with the one I got.
