3/10: Chest day Incline dbell presses Flat bench dbell flyes Nautilus decline bench Nautilus upright (straight bench, palms in) High pulley cable crossovers Low pulley cable crossovers 4 reps of each exercise 3/11: Too early...will check back in around 7pm.

Did my 1-1/2 mile.....worked up a good sweat so the pace was okay...
Did the weights for the arms and shoulders...Snow shoveling yesterday replaced workout routine......
now...for a nice glass of orange juice....and finish up the pot of coffee!!!
