Friday, 7/13: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: good morning gang!
Today I did 20 minutes on the stationary bike, 15 minutes on the indoor rowing machine and then I went into the weight room for upper-body stuff (shoulders, chest, upper back, biceps and triceps...)
tomorrow I'm going to try to get up early (when it's cool) and go for a run... and do some ab work.
